Conditions for Confluence

The elements, conformant to the conditions, may be formatted: bold, italic and underlined styles may be applied; text and background colors may be changed

The text of the conformant elements may be replaced with the specified value, which is useful for highlighting blank elements and replacing blacklisted words

Conditional Rule macro provides 40 conditions – text and value comparisons, top/bottom N, above/below average, duplicates, formula-based rules and date rules such as “Overdue by more than N days” for SLA tracking. Rules can also hide whole rows, address columns by their header text and use ready-made presets such as RAG status. Color scales, data bars and icon sets complete the picture.
