The basic steps for applying a conditional formatting are the following:
- If CelesteCS Conditions for Confluence add-on is not yet installed, set it up using the instructions here for a Server version or here for a Cloud version
- Add the Conditional Rules Manager (Cloud) macro to your Confluence page
- Place a table you want to apply conditional formatting to into the Conditional Rules Manager macro body
- Place a Conditional Rule (Cloud) macro for each formatting condition into the Conditional Rules Manager macro body
- Configure Conditional Rule macro according to your needs: choose appropriate rule condition, set appropriate values, specify the cells to apply formatting to, choose formatting options, set up replacement text if needed
- Save the page
- See the result on the saved page
